The customer service was excellent. I arrived promptly and was assisted at no time. My truck was ready for service within 2 hours. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter replacement.
First service was great got a call back within a reasonable time, this most recent experience however could’ve been better. Delayed check in was expected given the day of the week it was and the volume of vehicles getting serviced, however the service advisor I dealt with needs to have better communication with his customers. Status of the vehicle was not updated on the tracker, calls never answered, nor was there any attempt from him to return these 7 missed calls. Cant tell what is worse- Group 1 or prior ownership. Service department is garbage, the customer service is the same, and the prices, promotions and "fine print" is also not followed as advertised. This dealer makes me want to not own this make ever.
7/28/26 Today the vist was very great, was in at 8am for Oil Change and was out hour and half. My advisor Louis was very informative.
The people were easy to work with. JJ kept us well informed. He was very thorough.

My My car had been ready for over 30 minutes, but no one told me until I went to ask; I had been watching my car, but the gentleman had disappeared. I was looking for him until I asked another man, who then asked for my phone number. I didn't like the service; I waited more than three hours just for an oil change.
Joseph met me at my car. It was taken to service very quickly. He verified what I wanted done including anything additional.

I enjoy going to Chevy group 1 Spring, the waiting area is comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Machale was very helpful to me. You are not pressured to do anything., you can even track your vehicle's progress. I will continue to do business with them.
I am very disappointed. I paid for a package that included three oil changes, tire rotation, and a car wash—but WHAT car wash???? They did absolutely NOTHING; they gave the car back to me dirty. So why do they advertise a car wash if they don't actually do it???? POOR SERVICE.

As soon as as I explained my problem with my truck to my advisor Sy’Quoia, in order to make sure she gave me the correct answer, went and got her supervisor, who drove my truck to check to see what was wrong with it. End up the transmission fluid needed to replaced. I thought I would be there all day, to my surprise they finished the repairs within 4 hrs. And I received a discount. I’m very happy with their work .

Third time in the shop in less than 4 months. Got my vehicle back in the middle of February. Now its back at the dealership because someone forgot to tighten the nut on the newly replaced upper control arms witch cause the front wheel to come off while I was driving making it a severe safety issue.(I have dash cam evidence) I have been without transportation for almost two weeks because they don't issue loaners in this situation. loaners are for people who are waiting on back ordered parts as I was told by the service manager. Worst maintenance/repair experience of my life. Had my car diagnosed within a week which is normal however they didnt approve my warranty which I got at the dealer until 3 weeks later. No loaner vehicle until they cleared my warranty. Coming out of pocket for a rental cancelled out the perk of having the warranty. Every dealer I've ever dealt with has given a loaner the same day especially if they're doing repairs. 0 stars

Ok service bad diagnostics. They were fast and took my warranty is all that was good. I was shown an image of a vehicle that isn’t even mine. A charge that I was going to pay for a part that isn’t in the location of my vehicle. I did my homework on the location of the broken part and it’s not in that location of my vehicle. I will not be going back for any type of service there anymore. It’s also confusing why my warranty doesn’t cover that part.

Sale bad products and then trying to get out of repairs and any associated charges. Blames others for their process issues, poor quality vehicles and poor service after purchase. Rodney Crow is the "leader" that enables practices that remind me of snake oil salesman. Don't buy here just another corporate dealer who only cares about their bottom line.
Horrible service. No calls or text back no follow up unless we follow up with them. Purchased a vehicle and only drive 1.5 days and been in shop since then got it back then had to go back same day now have to take it back again 2 days later because it’s not shifting gears and staying in one gear !!!! This is horrible and put our lives at risk when we drove on the interstate it shut down
