Ok customer service but not the best for a dealer. High cost labor and no discounts offered for repairs needed on your vehicle. It seems like the offer repairs but very limited to discounts and updates for car are way behind what text messages say.
emailed ahead of visit to ensure a specific vehicle was at the location, was assured it was available. arrived only to be told it had just left, but other vehicles could be offered instead. left alone for an uncomfortable amount of time, until we simply left. reminiscent of bait and switch tactics.

Horrible service. Takes 3 hours for an oil change. Guy didn’t want to honor my $50 oil change coupon because I didn’t get the tire rotation with it.
Bill and will never discuss price before and started the job with out my permission. Over 2600$ was charged and 1800$ in labor on my 2023 corvette. Very disappointed in them with the lack of communication. Every time I come it a problem. Ither they take my other cars like my Camaro ss on a joy ride or they use up all my gas. I need full compensation on this job.
Slow and unreliable. They dig through your car and take there time then lie about whats wrong with your car. And if you ask for a manager they never get anyone and if they do it a survey from a manager. Big waste of time getting anything done from there. And they dont care about recalls on cars
This place and their staff are amazing! Ask for Oscar and get Kevin in the business office. I didn’t the nice gentleman name at the front who gets the deals done but he was also amazing.

The customer service was excellent. I arrived promptly and was assisted at no time. My truck was ready for service within 2 hours. I got an oil change, tire rotation, and fuel filter replacement.
First service was great got a call back within a reasonable time, this most recent experience however could’ve been better. Delayed check in was expected given the day of the week it was and the volume of vehicles getting serviced, however the service advisor I dealt with needs to have better communication with his customers. Cant tell what is worse- Group 1 or prior ownership. Service department is garbage, the customer service is the same, and the prices, promotions and "fine print" is also not followed as advertised. This dealer makes me want to not own this make ever.
7/28/26 Today the vist was very great, was in at 8am for Oil Change and was out hour and half. My advisor Louis was very informative.

My My car had been ready for over 30 minutes, but no one told me until I went to ask; I had been watching my car, but the gentleman had disappeared. I was looking for him until I asked another man, who then asked for my phone number. I didn't like the service; I waited more than three hours just for an oil change.

I enjoy going to Chevy group 1 Spring, the waiting area is comfortable and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful. Machale was very helpful to me. You are not pressured to do anything., you can even track your vehicle's progress. I will continue to do business with them.
I am very disappointed. I paid for a package that included three oil changes, tire rotation, and a car wash—but WHAT car wash???? They did absolutely NOTHING; they gave the car back to me dirty. So why do they advertise a car wash if they don't actually do it???? POOR SERVICE.

As soon as as I explained my problem with my truck to my advisor Sy’Quoia, in order to make sure she gave me the correct answer, went and got her supervisor, who drove my truck to check to see what was wrong with it. End up the transmission fluid needed to replaced. I thought I would be there all day, to my surprise they finished the repairs within 4 hrs. And I received a discount. I’m very happy with their work .
